Our annual tradition of an all-Pinot Noir wine dinner is back and better than ever, with our great friend James Corbin leading the way toward understanding this delicious and complicated grape. We’ll taste through 4 flights, Oregon vs. California in each one, comparing and contrasting along the way. James is a wealth of knowledge and experience and nobody in Charlotte knows Pinot like he does. This event is a great way to taste new and classic producers from both states paired with a custom-crafted meal by Chef Chris and team.
